Alliance, Atlanta Quest Join Forces

Atlanta Quest Indoor Percussion and ALLIANCE Drum and Bugle Corps of Atlanta, GA would like to announce its partnership in the pursuit of excellence in the activity of performing arts.

With this partnership, ALLIANCE Drum and Bugle Corps has named Mr. Alan Sears, and Mr. Larry Summerlin as percussion co-caption heads for ALLIANCE. Mr. Sears is a founder of Atlanta Quest and currently serves as program coordinator. Mr. Summerlin is currently the battery caption head of Quest and has been with the organization from the beginning. Along with Mr. Sears and Mr. Summerlin, other members of the Atlanta Quest staff will be developing and teaching the percussion program for ALLIANCE.

It comes with great excitement that this partnership has formed. Fresh off an exciting season for ALLIANCE Drum and Bugle Corps and a new beginning for Atlanta Quest, resources from both groups will be utilized to ensure stability for the upcoming season, as well as for years to come.

The management team, staff, and active membership of ALLIANCE wish to thank Mr. Ben Smart, Executive Director, and the entire Atlanta Quest team for helping to make this partnership possible.
