Forward Performing Arts and the Madison Scouts are proud to be a participating sponsor at the Wisconsin School Music Association (WSMA) State Marching Band Championships to be held Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Perkins Stadium on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Gates open at 11 a.m. and the bands perform from 12:30 p.m. through 10 p.m.
