Kidsgrove Scouts Clinic With Jeff Moore

The Kidsgrove Scouts will organise a percussion clinic with special guest Jeff Moore. A unique opportunity for percussionists to witness first hand an accomplished musician demonstrating his craft in the UK. Professor Moore will first present and discuss approaches to a range of marching and orchestral percussion instruments.

EKU Faculty Member Judges DCJ Championships

Joe Allison, director of EKU Bands and Foster Music Camps, traveled to Tokyo and Yokohama, Japan, to serve as instructor and judge for the Japanese National Band and Drum Corps Championship this month. He was selected based on his professional experience on both a local and international level.

The weekend of 27-29th January, the Northern Star Drum & Bugle Corps held their first camp of 2006, a year that everyone at the corps is looking forward to coming off of their most succesful season to date in 2005.

DCE 2005 video clips online soon

Drum Corps Europe is currently working on video clips of the DCE Championships 2005. The clips, of all the Championship participants, will soon be available on the DCE website. New DCP Owner Announced

Drum Corps Planet announced its new owner today with an open letter to the membership from John Donovan. John took the opportunity to introduce himself and answer a number of questions that have been posed during the 60 transition period since the sale of DCP and its family of sites was announced, shortly after Thanksgiving.
