Sunday, December 3rd from 10:00am to 6:00pm at the Memorial School in Burlington. Registration will take place at 10:00am. There will be at $25 registration fee due when you arrive. Please bring a lunch, application, and registration fee. Audition sessions will take place throughout the day. This audition camp is for brass/pit/battery only.

The Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle corps is pleased to invite you to take part in our aural and visual transcontinental sojourn, with this announcement of the corps' 2007 program, "The Jersey Surf Presents: Snapshots from an American Journey."
In the coming season, the corps is celebrating its 17th year in Drum Corps International Competition... and is exuberant about the prospect of its first cross-country adventure to the west coast, which will culminate at the 2007 Drum Corps International Division II World Championships in Pasadena, California next August.

During the Thanksgiving weekend, Mystikal’s snare line went into the studio of Musikvergnuegen in Hollywood, Calif., to record the snare track for Fox Sports' Bowl Championship Series (BCS) commercial. This soundtrack will be played throughout the month of December leading up to the BCS championship game in January, 2007. The line recorded three variations of the soundtrack: “Main Version,” “Latin Version” and “Sentimental Version.”

After over three months of anticipation, Carolina Crown held its first camp of the 2007 season at Rock Hill High School in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Students from nearly 30 states and from countries as far away as England and Japan have registered to participate in this year's ensemble.
Crown's popularity in the world of musical marching arts has grown leaps and bounds over the past few years, placing it among the most elite groups in the drum corps activity. During last year's World Championships (broadcast on ESPN2) Crown was a notable fan favorite among all of the groups in competition. All signs indicate that the corps of 2007 will provide yet another year of major growth for the organization.

Blue Devils have already held three of their five brass auditions for the 2007 season. With a southern California and second Concord, Calif., audition remaining before Christmas, more than 125 hopeful members have already presented their musical and visual talents for Blue Devils brass staff in Indianapolis, Dallas and Concord.
In anticipation of the upcoming 50th anniversary season, many students who have attended were invited to continue their audition at the January camp and several—including three from Japan—were accepted outright into the corps.
