Two Division I alumni, Marc Gofstein and Michael Cline, will lead Capital Sound Drum & Bugle Corps as corps and assistant corps directors, respectively, for the 2006-07 season, board members announced Friday. A new position of business director was also created and will be filled by outgoing corps director Sarah Teschke.

The GLASSMEN were awarded a proclamation from the City of Toledo while on tour in celebration of their 45th Anniversary Season, and in recognition of the corps' first world tour. Denis Hojnacki, volunteer for the corps, was on-hand in Toledo this summer to accept the honor for the corps.

The Raiders Drum & Bugle Corps of Wayne, NJ are currently seeking a few new members to add to their educational staff for the upcoming 2007 competitive season. With the corps recent success, winning the 2005 DCI Division III World Championship and 2006 DCI Division III Bronze Medal, the corps is seeking qualified individuals to instruct in the following captions:
• 2 Brass Technicians • 2 Color Guard Technicians • 3 Visual/Field Technicians |

The GLASSMEN wrapped up an immensely successful 2006 season at their annual awards banquet earlier this September. The corps celebrated by recapping all they had accomplished in this 45th Anniversary year. |

The major mission of the Crossmen Alumni Association is the development of charitable contributions exclusively for the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps. The secondary mission is the social interaction of alumni, administration, staff and volunteers to support and preserve the heritage of the Crossmen.
