The Atlanta CorpsVets will hold their first camp weekend of the 2007 season on January 6th and 7th. After a very successful fun filled open house the members are looking forward to getting the season moving.
After handing out and playing through much of the opener at open house the music staff has been busily working to complete the show music and will have more new music at the camp, as the corps works towards having the show completed earlier then we ever have.

The new Capital Brass! has some exciting performance plans for the new year. Members will take part in several unique experiences, including:
* The mini-corps has become a member of MCA (Mini Corps Associates). And, they have been invited to appear at the inaugural MCA Invitational, on April 14th.
* CB! will produce an ensemble to send to the North American Brass & Percussion I&E Championships, in Bridgeport, CT. The event is sponsored by the Buglers Hall of Fame and will be held on March 17th. |

Fusion Core is pleased to announce the appointment of Colorguard Designers/Caption Heads Larry Trimble and Steve Raysor. They will be assisted by Kerri Steppe, Guard Assistant Instructor. Matt Spatz is joining the Instructorial staff as a Brass Instructor, and Adam Kalnick will be Battery Coordinator for Fusion Core’s inaugural 2007 season. |

The Rochester Rhinos hope to kick off construction early next year on the second phase of the team's soccer stadium — but they may have to do so with less state aid than anticipated.
The Rhinos were confident they would get $12million in state aid this year to finish the $40 million PAETEC Park near Frontier Field, off Oak Street.
But the Rhinos may have to settle for less, probably $8 million, as they look to add luxury boxes, a permanent team store and locker rooms. The setback could mean the Rhinos would continue, at least for 2007, to use temporary trailers for offices and other facilities.

Amanda is well suited for the role and looks forward to her new additional responsibilities.
