The NY Skyliners are proud to name Pat Vazquez 2007 Percussion Battery Caption Head. Pat marched with the NY Skyliners in the past and we are happy to welcome him home. Pat also marched with the 1998 Reading championship drumline as well as with the Crossmen and the Caballeros.
The NY Skyliners are happy to announce Chris Correia as the assistant Battery Caption Head. Chris was the arranger for the Nashua Spartans as well as an arranger for numerous other marching bands.

Heat Wave has enjoyed a long history of strong Drum Majors. Below are a few questions you may have concerning the Drum Major position.
What is the Drum Major expected to do? The most visible responsibility of the Drum Majors at Heat Wave is to conduct the group in both competition and other venues, focusing on expressing their role as a prominent performer. However, our DMs do much more than just their job on the podium. The DMs also assist in logistical support of the Instructional and Support Staff at virtually all events, and help to communicate the ideals of Heat Wave to members and the public. We are looking for a confident, proactive individual who will support the objectives of the staff on a rehearsal, performance, and organizational level.

Masquerade Drum & Bugle Corps of Ruston, LA is proud to announce their 2007 production entitled 'You Ain't Seen Nuthin' Yet' utilizing music of Louis Armstrong, Maynard Ferguson and Randy Newman.
Masquerade is a member of FPAA (Frontier Performing Arts Association), and is located in Northern Lousiana between Shreveport and Monroe. Rehearsals are primarily on the campus of Louisiana Tech University. More Announcements in the coming weeks as Masquerade prepares for it's first annual Open House on Jan 20th at 10am. The Sunrisers Drum & Bugle Corps would like to announce the addition of Sunriser alumnus Thomas Beresford Jr. as Visual Program Coordinator and the return of Guard Designer/Choreographer Darren Delaney to the 2007 staff.
We are proud to bring Tom back into the Sunriser family after many years, and will tap into his expertise and organizational skills to help us to ensure that our blend of audio and visual is a well-coordinated and synergistic product providing an entertaining, powerful and moving experience. |
