Sounds of Minnesota has locked in our DCA Central Drum Corps Show at South St. Paul High School's - Ettinger Field.
8 corps from all over The United States will be in competition!
This venue is up close and intimate with the power and pizzaz that only All Age Drum and Bugle Corps bring to the performance! |

FPAA (the umbrella organization for Frontier Drum & Bugle Corps) hosts a *unique* concert event the last weekend in August every year called 'Brass Hysteria'. This is not just merely a drum corps event, it's also a rock concert, dance recital, comedy hour, and features many *local* performers of rather *different* talents. We are working on finalizing the performing list of groups for 2006, but the tentative list is included in the blurb below: |

The first week in July has always been the busiest week of the summer for the Kilties, and this year was no exception. We greeted July with our first appearance in Michigan City, Indiana in nearly 30 years. We followed that up with appearances in the two largest Independence Day parades in Wisconsin, the Kenosha parade on Sunday, and the Racine parade on Tuesday. We capped our busy week with our first ever appearance in the DCI Central Championships at the RCA Dome in Indianapolis , Indiana.

Rochester’s Empire Statesmen took top percussion score, and every other caption as well, in sweeping to first place in the Drums In The Square contest with a total score of 82.325. Syracuse Brigadiers were second, with 75. 388. |
