Bushwackers going Ivy League? That’s right! On Saturday June 3rd The Bushwackers will perform at the prestigeous Princeton University commencement ceremony. The corps will lead the Princeton class of 1971 during the famous Princeton "P"rade. The "P"rade honors each graduating class as they march through the campus on their way to the commencement ceremony of the class of 2006. "It is an honor to have our members perform for such a world renowned University as Princeton. To see our drum corps activity becoming more and more visible to the general public is a goal all of us share in the activity. I’m truly excited about this performance" said Bushwackers director Jay Morlot.

Bob Boze Bell, editor of True West Magazine, cited the 7th Cavalry Drum & Bugle Corps as one of the major factors influencing his magazine's decision to name Sheridan the No. 1 Western Town in the United States.
Today, the 44-member organization will perform for the nation as a unit of the National Memorial Day Parade in Washington, D.C.
But in the early 1950s, the organization's future might have been hard to predict.

That's right, folks. This year, our annual History Night will be dressed up in a Late Night theme. One of our biggest and most important nights on the CAA calendar, History Night allows the alumni and the corps to come together in one place to share stories, pass on traditions, and talk about where this corps came from and where it's been. It's surely one of the highlights of the Crossmen spring training experience for the members.
