Sheffield-based Concord Drum & Bugle Corps is delighted to announce that they have been invited by the Maltese Tourist Board to participate in their annual Historic Cites Festival during October 2006.

The corps will spend six days in the Mediterranean island, performing at various city locations and taking part in the very prestigious Valletta Military Tattoo – held over three nights in the main Government Square of the capital city and featuring major contributions from the Malta Armed Forces and Police plus international guests. CONCORD will be the first independent British youth group to participate and Malta’s first-ever drum corps experience. The island is very busy with visitors during this internationally-acclaimed festival and the corps will perform to enormous audiences at all venues.
