Snow and ice may have crippled much of the East Coast and forced the postponement of the Cadets' fifth camp of the season last weekend, but staff of Youth Education in the Arts found themselves working well into overtime assisting many within the non-profit's extended family. Stranded in the fray of the winter storm were corps members, the Cadets' equipment truck and more than 230 students, parents and staff of a US Scholastic Band Association [USSBA] member band from Odessa, Texas.
