DCE are pleased to announce that the Pacemakers Drum and Bugle Corps have accepted an invitation to host the first DCE UK Power Regional, to be held in Londen on 21st June, 2008.

The Pacemakers are one of the original founding members of DCUK as well as being long time members of BYBA. They are based in The London Borough of Bromley, the same borough as the event location Crystal Palace, and were the obvious choice to act as host corps. Their staff have already started helping DCE with the arrangements for the show.

DCE Project Manager Andy Hewlett said "As soon as we decided to use Crystal Palace as the venue for the DCE Power Regional, I knew I wanted the Pacemakers to host the show. They are a well established corps with a wealth of experience both on and off the field. So we were delighted when they agreed, and I look forward to working with their staff in the months ahead."
