Colchester will be holding its 16th contest this year on Sunday 22nd June in the Lower Castle Park, Colchester in Essex, UK.

This gives bands taking part in DCE contest on Saturday 21st June a chance to do a double header and save money by taking part at Colchester only 50 minutes by road from London.

Over night accommodation can be arranged for those bands wishing to take part but please book well in advance.

All classes are welcome to take part free admission plenty of car parking and a warm welcome.

For any overseas bands taking part the competition is only 20 minutes away from the port of Harwich which runs a service to the HOOK OF HOLLAND and only 35 minutes away from Stanstead Airport
