 You've got a chance to get close to the action on Saturday, July 26! Once again, Spirit is partnering with Drum Corps International's staff to provide volunteer staffing for the 2008 DCI Atlanta Southeastern Championship being held at the Georgia Dome. Many of the important jobs surrounding the event are set up and operated by volunteers.
Spirit is compensated for this event and it is a very important fundraising operation for the corps—and it’s a blast to do! We encourage all alumni and family members in the north Georgia area to participate-- volunteers are admitted to the show free (all day), will be provided a box lunch or dinner (depending on the block of time worked) and an event staff t-shirt that will be their "hand stamp" for the event and access to the areas needed for their job(s).
