Rochester's own Empire Statesmen Drum Corps hopes to celebrate its 25th anniversary with a championship win tonight. The corps, founded in 1983, has about 130 members. It was seeded second in a field of 24 going into this year's Drum Corps Associates World Championships, hosted this weekend at PAETEC Park.
