After two years of working constantly, due to the USA Tour of 2004 and the WMC in 2005, it will be Holiday for Beatrix’. However doing nothing is not part of the 2006 group, so there will be rehearsals during the summer.

June was a hectic month. The corps has been working VERY hard to improve the program which resulted in solid performances in Assen and Dordrecht. With good performances the corps showed that the show is getting better and better. Still, there will be adjustments and improvements and the show will become better towards finals.

Last Saturday, after a day of rehearsing in the heat, it was time for the reunion of Jong Beatrix. During the reception a concert was given to the many alumni and visitors. The concert shows how the corps will sound around finals. The response showed us that it will be a big success.

Saturday will be the last performance before vacation in Amsterdam at the Westergasfabreik for a party. On July 15th at least the ideas of the 2007 program will be presented at the annual corps BBQ.
