 THE COMPANY Performance Ensemble is a brand new marching arts organisation based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Its aim is to provide high quality instruction and performance opportunities to all its members, we are excited by the strength of the Staff and Design being assembled, in addition we have a strong Management team who will make sure that goals and aspirations are delivered from day one. THE COMPANY will be based at Priory Campus in Barnsley; this fantastic building will allow the Ensemble to forge close community links as we work to create a strong and well run organisation. Although based at the Priory, THE COMPANY will rehearse at various venues around the North of England. This whole project and new Ensemble is an evolution from 21st Leeds Boys Brigade Company, by starting the new Ensemble it will enable us to attract new funding and will also enable to us attract potential sponsors and members who are excited by the prospect of a new organisation. IN 2010 THE COMPANY will compete on the DCE (Drum Corps Europe), DCUK (Drum Corps United Kingdom) and BYBA (British Youth Band Association) circuits.
