From the picture, I'm pretty sure we can rule out the Utica Executives.

I believe that rifle looks like a Springfield.
Not that that matters, since we ruled out the Marksmen.

I have no idea without more clues.

The Corps was a Junior Corps. And this gent went on to be their DM....
