I mean in 03, how many DCA judges did Renegades see before prelims? Worked out ok for them.

That would the '02 Inspires, I believe. They came to DCAs in 2002 and 2004.

Please get it straight. If you keep saying it was 2003, it will be even more confusing to the judges who are using the Inspires' scores from previous years/decades as a guide to their scores the next time they see the corps.
