hornandsoccer Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 Hmm...interesting. I'm seeing some of my favorites in that rep, should at least be intriguing to listen to the arrangement. Quote

Those were two good shows from their past. I've listened to a good chunk of the source music and I really enjoy the source music. That's a LOT of music to squeeze in though. I really hope that they can do justice to the music. It seems like it's just going to be background to something else on the field, perhaps with the guard being the focus? Quote
jjeffeory Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 Lots of tunes ... if you get my drift. HH Some of it is very "bopp-able" if you get my drift... Check out "Gymnopedies" by Erik Satie on youtube. That's a pretty tasty piece of music right there. It's really pretty... 2 Quote
euphman89 Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 Just read the show synopsis. I feel like a lot of what was said could have been summarized better. I like the idea of chaos vs. militarized order. These kinds of clear-cut juxtapositions usually bring about solid show designs (see: Angels and Demons). The rep looks really great. Love Childrens' Hour of Dream and I'm excited to see some Tim Burton in there as well. Hoping for BD to follow up on an entertaining show from last year with more of the same. Shaping up to be quite a year! 3 Quote
ibexpercussion Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 Always interested to see where they take this, and how it all pans out. Leaves a lot of doors open as far as interpretation, and especially the visual aspect could be AMAZING! 1 Quote
