I'm kind of surprised no one has mentioned this one - we ran into it on multiple occasions where drafts or maybe even some posters resulted in Drum and Bulge Corps.

Misspellings like this aren't limited to drum corps. When I was in Iraq our battalion put out a T-shirt with the home bases of all the units. One company was listed as being from "Virgina".
