hostrauser Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Troop 2012 Like. Pearl still has, to my ears, the nicest sounding marching snares available. 3 Quote
SFZFAN Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Saw a picture on FB of Cadets drumline warming up. Basses and Snares both had covers on but the Tenors were exposed and the drums are all white. I dont know if those would be the real drums or not but it makes sense with a Christmas show. I assume Scouts will stick with the drums they have had the last 2 years to keep with the 3 year theme. old skool drmmr Posted May 20, 2012 Posted May 20, 2012 Any chance you have a bass drum picture? Trying to find one as a group I'm teaching is buying drums with a similar fade. Quote
corps8294 Posted May 20, 2012 Posted May 20, 2012 The Troopers drums look similar to SCV's '85 line. Quote
actucker Posted May 20, 2012 Posted May 20, 2012 old skool - Thanks. That's perfect. Imagine that fade from green to black and that's what we're looking into. Quote
