camel lips
Actually corps are using FB for their information far more than DCp. That should tell you what they think of here versus FB. They have control over their own pages on Facebook. Here unless an admin steps in, they really don't. Totally agree with you there. DCP. With it's long standing no tolerance policy stance on sharing videos is what lost it's foot hold. People, looked AND FOUNDoutside sources for their video needs. Nowadays if you want to find out what is going on with XYZ corps,, find a VIDEO bootleg from their last homeshow or find out what is really happening behind the scenes in DCA or DCI ..social media is the place to find it. NOT HERE!

NOT HERE! you do realize that policy was changed over two and a half years ago, right?? which, in comparing before/after effect, really was a nonissue to the majority of DCP membership and the activity. I agree more with Liz's point that the corps simply maintain more control over their own FB pages, and naturally concentrate their efforts and 'breaking news' there. Which is also probably why you also don't see many/any of them contributing to the plethora of DCP thread-like FB pages, and discouraging their marching membership from posting there too. Didn't realize this turned into a DCP discussion thread - fear not, minions. We aren't 'dead yet'. From the control room the stats and activity are still looking fine. Until Ming commands otherwise, we'll be keeping the lights on. As for Scranton - I think Cabs will win by the slimmest of margins...
