Interesting. Branding itself as a "Christian-values" drum corps, they've announced their intent to never perform on Sundays (Sundays will be reserved for worship for the religious members, or general rest and recuperation for the non-religious members). Staff seems to be a lot of alumni from BYU's marching band and the Blue Knights. First tour tentatively planned for 2016, six shows only in the Pacific northwest.

They look to be doing a good job at getting all their ducks in a row before launching. Planning a small tour two years out gives them a lot of time to build the foundation for the corps. Too many start-up corps doom themselves by getting too ambitious too quickly. The staff here seems focused on taking it slow. I wish them all the best!

I went to their first clinic, and around 200 people showed up. They're doing really well with starting small. Staff is pretty great, they get a lot done, but there were a few rehearsal things that could have gone better (like not having all 24 snares that showed up play at the same time, but instead having 16 at a time play on pads while the other 8 played on the drums). Otherwise, very good clinic.
