Who will move up and who will move down? What is your dream 2015 top 12? Who makes and who misses finals..? Before I look it up, I've always, in my uninformed mind, thought it was a somewhat sarcastic reference to those who changed their opinions often...or "waffled." I'll be truly intrigued if I am incorrect in this supposition. And if that indeed be so, I'm sure that BRASSO will assign the requisite number of demerits (lashings) I am to receive.
