But I do think there is tons of usable material on the GrandWazoo, Waka Jawaka and Hot Rats. It would really be a cool show especially if the Blue Devils did it. Honestly, I would like to see the Concord Blue Devils 'A' corps perform a retrospective show. That would be very fresh and unique for them because to my knowledge they have never done anything like that before. Show would cover, 1970's 1980's 1990's 2000's Since props and uniform changes seem to be all the rave, go full out. Have a good number of members change uniforms to represent the times. Have marchers playing and marching with tymps and such...limitless really. Maybe BD can go further and do "Domge 95-esque," a drum corps show celebrating the mid-90's filmmaking movement that focused on avant-garde style that created rules forsaking modern filmmaking conventions (such as CGI special effects). It would kind of be right in Blue Devils wheelhouse, though I admittedly am not 100% familiar with the scores of many of those types of films.
