Ghost
Now if I can just convince my hostess to pop open that window... Bring your Windex!
FlamMan
I really wanted to participate in this event, & my Wife tried to talk me into it, but we host Thanksgiving & life marches on. But I know that I will regret not doing it immediately afterwards. I wish the best to my Scout Brothers. We have much to be thankful for. theyremovingit
I can only assume that the uniforms for the parade will be the same as those used in 2006's alumni project right?
SFZFAN
I can only assume that the uniforms for the parade will be the same as those used in 2006's alumni project right? No. The alums will be in green, current members in white, and all guard will be in red.
MikeD
No. The alums will be in green, current members in white, and all guard will be in red. VERY cool! Nice way to usher in Santa for Christmas.

xandandl
Ah yes, the iconic Christmas "Cracker" the Brits brought to New York after they displaced the Dutch. It is a traditional exploding design for party favors used from Christmas Eve to New Year's Eve. But talk about "You'll Never Walk Alone" quite literally.... :-) Weather at this point is a bit iffy, particularly for the practice days at Rockland and the NYC 3 am blocking session with the TV and sound folks outside of Macy's. It will be damp, possibly snow then. Parade itself is forecast to be dry and warmer. They are going to be GREAT no matter what the weather.
