IIRC, they became the Kips' Bay Knight Club, or were they better known as the NYC Lancers at one time? I believe you're thinking of the William Lucas Rhythm Nation, that was active through the 1999 season. Thank you. I remember being at their contest around 1994-95, they were very much a group learning, growing from the ground up. Was always great to see them and other corps like them make incredible progress as the season went on.
