Are they trustworthy (yes, I know, you are always taking "trust" into your own hands)? Do they usually ask more than face value or willing to bargain? Secondarily, do they sell tickets AT the stadium? Here's why I ask. I am coming into Indy on Thursday. I have a Finals ticket, but my friends couldn't come this year, so I am by myself. Usually those guys like to do Indy stuff on Thursday and Friday, but I come mostly for drum corps. So I think I might attend Prelims and perhaps Semis. But I don't get into Indy until 2:30pm, so I will not be able to go to prelims right away. In other words, I will be coming after the show is in-progress for Prelims. What are your thoughts? BDCorno Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 I would be automatically suspicious, unless the seller appears to clearly be a drum corps person. Saw some scalpers last year trying to peddle tickets from the previous year. Be VERY careful. I know of one guy who bought a couple of tickets to finals, only to find they were counterfeit. The guys who scalp and counterfeit/manipulate the tix are pros... Best to stick to sources like DCP and internal corps sources.
