RPCdrum
So I'm here in Rochester, getting ready for the big weekend. I'd planned on buying a snare drum stand at a local music store, to use for my I&E performance, but no store in Rochester carries full-height stands. Is anybody here in town who would be willing to loan me a stand until tomorrow??? Please?????
doylejd
The Pearl 1030 drum set snare stand adjusts all the way up about 27" which is three inches higher than the base height of most concert snare stands. Almost any music store that carries Pearl should have one, but they are pricey at around $130. Here's a video of BD using them for reference: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6arExeP7fP4
RPCdrum
Good call, Doyle. Unfortunately, nobody in town has that model. 😔
ajlisko
You might be better off borrowing someone's stand AND drum instead of finding a stand that fits yours ... I'm sure most of the corps in Rochester will have an extra setup that you can borrow ... Good luck ... :-) Good call, Doyle. Unfortunately, nobody in town has that model.
