Northern Thunder Posted January 22, 2016 Share Posted January 22, 2016 Osage Precisionnaires were an amazing corps and would have loved to see them continue climbing to the top of DCI but for whatever reason that was not the case. Precisionnaires started out in '76 with fewer than 50 members. Every weekend they collected more members along their tour, and by the time DCI came along they made top 25.
