After a many-year run, our equipment trailer failed us last year in the middle of tour. We scrambled to rent box trucks to finish out the tour and managed to bring the trailer back home, but after re-evaluating this winter, although there is life left to it for local trips, we determined it is not fitting to handle touring. We've been presented with an opportunity to acquire a trailer that is almost tour-ready. Initially designed to haul racing cars and already built-out for drum corps instruments, it is a perfect addition to the Raiders fleet. The Raiders just bought new brass and percussion. The Raiders stay at the best schools during Spring training ( with dorms) and the corps eats very well ( 4 meals ) The corps staff is trained to teach with care and the admin is very helpful. If you want a positive and uplifting education in music and performance give Raiders a shot.

The halftime show was a vibe! Bad Bunny ranks 4th on my All-Time Super Bowl Halftime list 1. Bruno Mars/ Red Hot Chili Peppers 2. Prince 3. Bruno Mars/ Beyonce 4. Bad Bunny. Spanish is my third language. (Mi madre es Boricua/Italiana) I wish the NFL added subtitles. The lyrics are full of love, retrospection, and unity. The show had so much symbolism. 135 million viewers, Wow! The most watched Halftime of all time.

SCV- I think SCV is back to its pre-covid/reorganization level. Bluecoats- Championship level shows for the past 10+ years. They could win. Boston- Has the staff and experience to repeat. People are Sleeping on Boston Devils- I liked last years show but, it seemed a little dated. Never count out BD Crown- Had a top 4 show last year, they just have to improve some captions. Phantom- Slipped a little last year. Let's hope for better in 2026. Cavaliers- Another year for a solid staff to gel. Bluestars- What a fun show last year. Here's to more next year. Blue Knights- Leaved Up last year. Can they take another step. Troopers- Interested to see what they bring after a 4 chapter saga. Colts- I see them here Madison or Spirit -Whoever has a better spring training. Pacific Crest- I've been pulling for PC to make finals since the early 2010's

I still hate Christmas.( But, I have always made Christmas special for all my nephews and nieces) I Still love 2012 Cadets-12.25 and, #2 1985 Bridgemen -Christmas in July.
