Did anyone else see the entire snareline conducting in the backfield? Usually one drummer does it, but they all decided to join in for fun. It was pretty entertaining. As for the show, it really packed the energy that I didn't get from their first performance. You could really see a lot of emotion from the newly named world champions without their shakos on. Great Performance. G

I don't want to get into the booing debate, but I do want to share some things that were said (yelled) in my section during Cadets Performance Before the first hit, the narrator was saying "I believe in this, that, this", then the guy next to me yelled "Hash Marks" over the last thing that was said. When the narrator said "now without voice" everyone around me cheered like I've never heard anyone before. Then the trumpet player was talking about his troubled high school experience, and the guy behind me said "Tell it to Oprah". Subsequently I didn't get to hear as much of the Cadets as I would like, but I wouldn't have heard enough of them anyway because they were talking the whole time. G

They have something unique going on this year for sure. When I went and saw them rehearse in CA, it was clear that they were turning over a new leaf. The new energy they have is different than anything I've ever seen, and the drum book is quite innovative from top to bottom. G

I can't even get the site to open right now, much less watch any drum corps!

I'm surprised that BD didn't win, but they'll come around soon. G
