  1. Looking to jam with some alumni in the Tucson area let me know
  2. I have done some watercolor paintings of drum corps. I will be setting up a website where I will offer some of my art as well as consignment work from your old photos . this is coming in the future this year. Currently I am selling some tee shirts, mugs, bumper sticker, and window stickers. all can be found on ebay. Please watch for more in the near future once i have my web site set up.
  3. Imperial Dragons how cool. When I marched jr days (1972 Racine Explorer Scouts) we competed in Califoria. It was the trip that almost killed the Scouts. Good memories of your former corps.
  4. Nancy I tried to view but was unable I to have painted but mine are in watercolor.
  5. Great pic. good to see the kiltie where there. Oh wait those guy had bag pipes. I couldn't help my self. With every band picture I yelled from home PLAY SOMETHING !!!! b**bs
  6. Madison did that same move in 1999 on the frount of the field. way cool . how about their cymbals toss over the snares in 2001
  7. The Kilties rifles under over toss including the drum major catching the last rifle . They finished the show with a forward handstand into the spilts complete with a salute. 1977
  8. My all time fav. was when the Mariners Drum Major (Captin Crunch) tosses the saber backward over the entire corps and sticks it in the ground between an members feet (at the fourth five degree reqired VFW rule). And he never looks back. Amazing
  9. I was wondering how long before that photo would show up.
  10. I was shocked to check for scores last night and discovered this great loss. I had hopes that this would be the year the Kilties made finals. But yet this year has been one of great trial for them. With the loss of the equipment truck .And now one of the charter members. I march with lothar last year and would have agin this year if it hadn't been for my job. I love drum corps and it was hard not being there this year. My thoughts all day yesterday were with the Kilties.I truely hope DCA let them play slow Syne as a tribute to this fallen member. If some one could also keep us informed to the funeral arrangements . This would be helpful thanks. PS anyone going to finals please stop by the booth and contribute to the corp as expenses have been extreme this year. Thanks
