Oh boy, My nick name you would not expect how I got it. Tom Swan gave me my name (Rocky) Why do you ask? Well on one Friday night at a winter practice at the Annex, I came with a new pair of glasses I had to ware to read the music, and I was wearing one of those hats with the flaps with the fur that covered my ears. So another words I got the nick name (Rocky) because I looked like (Rocky) from that cartoon we all know and love, Bo-winkle and Rocky. Funny Rocky

Hi Judy, That's right I forgot about your other brother Michael I remember now. Glad to see your still involved with Drum Corps. My brother Gary and I went to a show years ago I think it was in PA some were with Jimmy Piccola It was great, we met up with a few Saints at the show. I use to shoot wedding photography and one night the band that was doing the wedding, I looked up and Jim Brady was in the wedding band. I gave Jim my number and he called me to do some photos of him for a CD he was doing. Have not seen him since then. I thing he move to FL. but not sure. Rocky

Hi Judy, Glad to see a Saint here. I don't know if you remember me but I remember you and your brother Tom in the Saints, your brother was in the Drum Line. It was a great time in my life and will never forget it. Before Tom Swan MARK the music with R(rotor), X(valve) It's use to be X(valve) and S(Slide) before we got the rotor horns. Rocky

The Saints broke up because most of the corps. was getting to the age of 21. 85% of the corps. had to quite because of there age. I remember that my brother Gary and I went some years after went to the old annex in Fords one Friday night and Jeff Hennen a Sole Soprano of The Saints that I march with was instructing the Horn Line for a short time but it was a very new young Horn Line one like when I joined in 1968. After that The Saints where no more. This was but not sure the late 70's Rock

Yes I do remember the indoor circuit and us competing with the Silver Lancers I also remember a few of the Silver Lancers joining our drum corps, One that joined was a girl name Darleen Stover, she use to date my brother Gary Chiocchi (Ragu) Snare Line. Silver Lancers joining our drum corps as well. Peter Crafts, Jimmy Piccolo, Marty Straka, a girl name Larine nicknamed Bozzo, and a few others.
