  1. It does not seem as though caption changes have been turned off. I made changes to my World class corps on Monday and I wanted to make different changes for finals and it says I have exceeded my caption changes for the week. How I read it was that we get changes regardless of that? Am I wrong with that assumption?
  2. It has been changed. Thank you sir. Greatly appreciate it. Can't wait to get started
  3. My corps is not listed and the ones that are listed are incorrect. World Class: L'Etoile du Nord A Class: L'Etoile du Nord B
  4. I am in. Can't wait to get this started
  5. Count me in!! It lets the winter pass by quicker in anticipation for the summer season
  6. Show Title: Northern Lights Opener: Day One, music from The Interstellar, by Hans Zimmer (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDOPyamt1JA) Ballad: Lux Aurumque, by Eric Whitacre (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkasK9ldBWE) Percussion feature: Subterranean Homesick Alien, by Radiohead (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tEsgUiF2jGk) Closer: Vitae Aeternum, by Paul Lovatt-Cooper (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2i5Y4ZSbrfw) Being a corps from the North, seeing the Northern Lights is a thing of beauty. The music/show concept will try to depict the beauty that is the Northern Lights. L'Étoile du Nord, formally known as Minnesota VanDevs, went through some changes this off season. A name change, corps color changes (from black and blue) to a Forest Green, Red, and White (think SCV) look with a possible uniform change mid show (think Seattle Cascades).
  7. How is this going to work if the actual tour starts next week? Scoring wise
  8. We have an addition to our Umbrella of corps. Corps Name: L'Étoile du Nord B Corps Location: Minneapolis, MN Class: Class A The organization is excited to field another corps and help develop young kids and watch them grow within the activity.
  9. It is in there. Looks like a formatting error with the name but not going to worry too much about that. Thank you for that quick fix. Thank you very much
  10. My corps name changed from Minnesota VanDevs to L'Étoile du Nord. That is what I meant by that. Log in and everything has stayed the same.
  11. When it comes to caption selections and tour editor, when can we go in and do this? I went in today and it has the wrong corps for me? Just curious and I know we have a few weeks before the season actually begins.
  12. Corps Name: L'Étoile du Nord Corps Location: Minneapolis, MN Class: World Class Good luck to everybody this season :)
  13. L'Étoile du Nord, formally known as Minnesota VanDevs, went through some changes this off season. A name change, corps color changes (from black and blue) to a forest Green, red, and silver look. We have also signed on with System Blue Horns and we are thrilled to be partnering with them for our brass and percussion. Just a few new things we wanted to introduce. Now, on with our show design. Our Corps name is the state Motto for Minnesota, meaning The Star of the North. Show Title: Northern Lights Opener: Day One, music from The Interstellar, by Hans Zimmer (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDOPyamt1JA) Ballad: Lux Aurumque, by Eric Whitacre (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkasK9ldBWE) Percussion feature: Subterranean Homesick Alien, by Radiohead (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tEsgUiF2jGk) Closer: Vitae Aeternum, by Paul Lovatt-Cooper (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2i5Y4ZSbrfw) We hope you enjoy the show this summer as we are excited to be presenting it to crowds all across this fine country of ours. The weather might be cold here in Minnesota but the drum corps and the kids are on fire with learning the music, getting some drill on the field (yes, we have drill already). Thank you domed high school fields and US Bank Stadium. The kids have worked hard and we will be coming out strong. Good luck to you all this season and we can't wait to see you all on the road.
  14. I'm in. New name change for the corps with new color schemes and design Corps Name: L'Étoile du Nord (Minnesota's Motto: Meaning "The Star of the North") Director: Chris Reid Division: World Hometown: Minneapolis, MN
