Spirit is holding their second rehearsal of 2009 next week at the Rutger’s YES Center at 200 Washington Street in Newark, Nj. Rehearsal registration begins at noon. Spirit started a partnership with the Bonnie Brae Foundation which is located in beautiful Liberty Corner, NJ. Their facilities include 30 + buildings complete with gym, cafeteria, medical center, football field, and even dorm rooms with separate beds.

Spirit of Newark Drum and Bugle Corps is having their first rehearsal of 2009 next weekend and they want YOU!!!!! Saturday, January 10th Spirit will he holding rehearsal at the Rutgers University YES Center at 200 Washington Street in Newark, NJ. It is a modern, five-story facility with separate rehearsal rooms, a cafeteria, and is accessible to 10,000 students. Registration takes place from noon till 1, with rehearsal beginning promptly at 1. Come out to see why the Spirit of Newark is “setting the bar higher.” We are challenging everyone- members, parents, and staff- to step up and “shows us what you got!” Come and experience the “new Spirit.” YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
