  1. I emailed you already but I thought I'd PM you on here, too, just in case!

I am very much interested in your tickets. I have the means to pay however you want to. Please get in contact with me ASAP.

  2. I hear you, wonker. I did receive an email from SCV1FAN last week, but he has not responded to my questions.
  3. Scv1fan...I am interested in your tickets. I PMed you. Please respond and let me know.
  4. I PM'ed you. Please let me know. Thanks!
  5. Just to clarify, this is for 2 tickets for Quarters, 2 tickets for Semis, and 2 tickets to Finals? Not 2 SETS of 2 (which would be 4)? And are these still available.
  6. Okay folks...you've been waiting for this for awhile. Here are the official results for the Fan Favorites Poll and the shows that will be included in this collection. All ties (there were only 2 or 3...and it was mostly the corps that hardly anyone voted for) were broken by my choosing. Bold years were the leading vote-getter for each corps. Blue Devils: 1986, 1994, 2000, 2003, 2004, 2006 Blue Knights: 1992, 1999, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 Bluecoats: 1995, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 Boston Crusaders: 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2009 Carolina Crown: 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 The Cavaliers: 1992, 1995, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004 Colts: 1995, 1996, 1999, 2001, 2007, 2008 Crossmen: 1991, 1992, 1997, 1998, 2001, 2002 Glassmen: 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2006 The Cadets: 1983, 1984, 1987, 1993, 2000, 2005 Madison Scouts: 1988, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1999, 2005 Phantom Regiment: 1989, 1993, 1996, 2003, 2006, 2008 Santa Clara Vanguard: 1987, 1988, 1989, 1999, 2000, 2005 Spirit: 1980, 1984, 1986, 2003, 2005, 2006 Star of Indiana: 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993 The other various corps 6: Bridgmen 1980, Suncoast Sound, 1985, Sky Ryders 1988, Velvet Knights 1992, Blue Stars 2008, Blue Stars 2009 A BIG "thanks" to everyone for their participation!! 7. LAST DAY!!!!! Today is the last day to submit your picks for the Fan Favorites competition! Make sure you get them in ASAP. I could definitely use some more to break some ties. So please, feel free to send me your picks for each of those corps. Thanks.
  8. Don't forget...voting ends at the end of September. Get your votes in SOON!! :)
  9. Have added the most recent votes posted. Nobody seems to want to vote for 6 BK, Boston, Colts, G-Men, or Spirit. haha They ARE pretty hard to choose, I'll give you that.
  10. First of all...you can't yell on a forum. That, in itself, is an oxymoron. Not to mention, who said all caps is yelling? People use all caps, exclamation points, and bold as attention getters. Clearly it worked (for good or for bad, I don't know), as I got yours. There are rules and deadlines because, yes, there is a purpose to all of this. This isn't just for fun and discussion. I'm putting together CD's of the Fans' Favorites. When DCI has a contest for the Classic Countdown, etc., don't they have deadlines? Don't they have rules/guidelines? If people want to continue talking about this after I'm done, then GREAT! Talk on! But for my personal intentions, I have to draw the line somewhere. Not to mention, there's really only 2 guidelines. Pick 6 - no more, no less. And P.M. your picks to me. Not really hard "rules" to follow. Of which the second one I've already compromised. I've counted every vote that has been posted on this forum. (As long as there were 6 picks for the corps.) I originally asked (not demanded) that anyone who wishes to participate P.M. their picks. Somewhere along the line, someone took upon themself to change things up and say "Why not put them on here for the public to see?" I answered their questions as to why I wanted them messaged to me personally. It's easier for me to organize. Plain and simple. Is that wrong to ask that? I don't think that's too much. Could you imagine if someone started telling people to write their Presidential votes on a scrap piece of paper and turn it in to their local poll booth? Do you really think they'd count those votes? No! You have to go through the procedures. Many people have been kind enough to submit their picks. And for that, I am most appreciative. It's shaping up to be VERY interesting. I think people will be surprised at the results. I definitely urge anyone who hasn't voted yet to do so. Take some time - think it through. I'm really excited for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (no, I'm not yelling) Again................THANKS. ;)
  11. Have added the latest two votes. Thanks!
  12. Ok...I've officially added everyone's votes that are on this forum so far. Some people need to learn to count to 6. Some people need to re-read to see what I'm looking for. I thought the instructions were clear, but if not, please feel free to message me and ask. Again...if you want to post your picks, that is fine, but I ALSO NEED YOUR PICKS P.M.ed TO ME!! Thanks, guys!
  13. It has nothing to do with people arguing or conflicting opinions....I wanted you to PM them for my organization's sake. SO IF EVERYONE WANTS TO POST THEIR PICKS, THAT IS FINE!!! OR IF YOU'VE ALREADY POSTED THEM, THAT IS FINE!! BUT I ALSO NEED YOU TO P.M. THEM TO ME PLEASE!!! I DON'T WANT TO DOUBLE COUNT VOTES! YOUR VOTES WILL NOT COUNT UNLESS YOU P.M. THEM TO ME!! THANKS!! (And yes, I meant that to be all caps! :)
  14. Greetings all- I am putting together some CDs of Fan Favorite shows. My goal is to get 1 CD of 6 shows per corps. So what I'm asking of everyone is to send in your votes to me!!! All years from 1972-2009 are eligible. Do not decide based on visual or General Effect. Please decide based on listening qualities only. You do not need to rank them in any order. Each year voted for will receive 1 point. The 6 years with the most points (for each corps) will be placed on the CD. Please keep in mind these are CDs and you will want to pick your top 6 to listen to!!!!!! Here are the corps: Blue Devils Blue Knights Bluecoats Boston Crusaders Carolina Crown The Cavaliers Colts Crossmen Glassmen Holy Name Cadets/The Cadets/Garfield Cadets/Cadets of Bergen County Madison Scouts Phantom Regiment Santa Clara Vanguard Spirit/Spirit from JSU/Spirit of Atlanta Star of Indiana You can vote for 1 corps, 5 corps, all corps, whatever! You do not have to send in all your corps at once. You can send corps one at a time if you want. But for each corps you must submit 6 different years - no more, no less. Also, I plan to put together 1 special CD of 6 random shows of any other corps. So feel free to vote for your 6 favorite shows that are not one of the listed corps! All other corps are up for grabs on this CD! For instance my 6 might be: Velvet Knights 1992 Blue Stars 2009 Magic of Orlando 2003 Suncoast Sound 1986 etc. Again, I need EXACTLY 6 shows per corps. Please PM me your picks! Deadline is September 30th! Thanks!
