My name is Darius Rawls. I reside in Louisiana, where there is no drum corps in the state. I, therefore like many others, have the extra hassle of traveling to other states to audition to join the corps. I am financially struggling to accomplish my dream, which is to march a drum corps. I currently attend Parkway High School, and am in the marching band. I desire to grow and become a better person, while also building and pushing myself toward excellence by marching Drum Corps. I am believing that with the help of generous and kind supporters, I will raise enough money to achieve my dream.
