All of these positive comments are making me start to believe. I didn't get to see the Cadets on Friday night in Allentown due to weather so I am bummed that I'll have to wait until DCI East to see them and everyone else for that matter. Getting hyped hearing about SCV too. Glad to hear that they have great potential this year. I would love to see them medal again as well as the Cadets. With the Cadets, I just would like to enjoy their show again. That would be a start. If they medal, that would be icing on the cake!

I remember sitting in the stadium with my rain poncho on. It was raining on Crown's performance.

Just got back from a disappointing trip to Allentown. First time I attended a drum corps show that was cancelled in 20 years. I really wanted to see the Cadets show and had a first time drum corps attender there too. Now, I can't wait until DCI East!

I will be looking forward to seeing them live in Allentown this Friday. The theater preview for me didn't really sway me one way or the other. Drum corps is always better live any way so I can't wait.

i really enjoy Crown as well. for me, their brass sound just blows away most other drum corps. they have become one of my top favorite corps.

not sure but thinking about hitting the Harrisburg 14 cinemas to watch it. i am most interested in seeing what the Bluecoats do since last year's show was so cool. but just like others on here have said, i am looking forward to seeing everyone and especially those who had design/music team changes to see how that looks/sounds like.

I'm not sold yet either. I'm hoping that it will be a great show as last year fell flat for me after I was all excited about the music from their camp videos. I'll wait until I see it in the theater or at the Allentown show on 6/30/17 to make a determination.

I'm in the same boat. Tired of thinking they will come out with something really awesome just to see other corps come out with innovative and entertaining shows. I will always like the Cadets but I am starting to think of them as a corps that will be good but just not in contention to be at the top. Hope I'm wrong but recent history is indicating something different.

OK. wasn't sure since everyone seems to know who he is. if he is on the Cadets staff now, i will come to know about him.

no. i am not an alumnus of any corps. i really have only paid attention to the Cadets stuff for the past few years. i am just a fan who loves to watch drum corps. i don't know all of the people on here or in the activity like those on here who marched.

not really sure what to say about the changes. i really only know about Tom Aungst because he was with the Cadets before. i don't know the other names and their credentials. i just hope they gel as a team and come up with something great to watch and listen to no matter how they place.

Cadets show was pretty darn impressive last night. I liked them better than last year and was impressed with the color guard as well. There were some cool moments the color guard created and the all black uniforms work better in this show than last year. Glad I can say I really enjoyed the show. Even if they don't move up or even finish lower, I still can say I enjoyed the show. Last year, I was left feeling a little flat when I saw them live. Not this year though.

Great show last night! Bluecoats were fantastic as well as Crown! I pretty much liked every show. Cadets were very impressive. The colorguard was WAY better than what I remember from last year. They also had a big sound. Can't believe their GE scores are that much lower than some of those at the top. SCV was great too but I think I liked the Cadets package a little better. Can't wait for Allentown tonight. P.S. Rain/thunderstorms, please stay away tomorrow night. :-)

Me too! People think I'm a nut because I love drum corps so much. I think the people coming with me tonight will have a better understanding after they experience it.

I miss the corps clinics for the fans in the afternoon before Allentown.

I know! I am really hoping the weather is nice that whole weekend for Chester and Allentown. I need to experience some live drum corps this year!
