I don't think the staging for them is as good as last year or the top 3 this year. Still very impressive and so much more competitive than after losing Townsend.

I'll get even spicier and say it's more likely Crown wins percussion than that happening.

I distinctly remember a comment that stated Allentown scores definitely weren't comparable because Crown was over BD in percussion lol. Sometimes it's best to hush hush and let the results play out.

Yes, it's actually quite beautiful and fitting at the beginning with the body to set the scene for the show. But as the show goes on it definitely gets to be grating. And I don't think just because it's in the source material over and over that Bluecoats has to copy it exactly. Isn't the whole point of arranging to fit a piece into a Drum Corps show?
