  1. They're far from being considered "last place". That was put to rest this past weekend. Logistics and incurred cost are to be considered too. There are allot of DCI shows throughout Ohio and Northern Kentucky that provide CT venues to perform, be evaluated and recruitment opportunities, while keeping expenses to a minimum. Location, location, location.
  2. The number of applicants continues to increase and interest is higher already with early request for audition material and dates. Considering the number of early inquiries the decision may be an easy one. The goal has always been to offer the marching performance arts experience to all students who can commit to the schedule. However I'm convinced the CT administration will consider the incurred cost of such growth before making any decision one way or the other. CT has a solid staff and experienced administration team lead by very capable directors.
  3. CT back to back Champions in Class 'A' with a larger spread than prelims over Govies. Made a pretty clear statement both days that they're the real deal. Interesting to see if they remain in Class 'A' and go for the three peat or move to Open C2 made a big finish with their best performance of the season. Very surprised with their growth over the season.
  4. IMO CV didn't measure up to their prelims performance. It's going to be tight between them and Cabs.
  5. C2 was the strongest I've seen them. Saved the best for last. Great performance C2.
  6. I would have rather of had a better brass line
  7. Sun lots of color spirited performance
  8. CT had a better performance this evening. Very solid performance
  9. Govies are a bit boring. Maybe it's the music. Not their usual type of production
  10. Govies sound a little tired to me. Maybe it's the music
  11. Maybe it's my ears but their intonation is in question. I'm speechless
  12. Yeah pretty awesome considering CT went on first and still won Class 'A' prelims.
  13. First Block CT 80.60 Erie 75.73 Southern Kinights 75.14 Chops 74.10 Carolina Gold 81.00
  14. IMO CT tops the Class 'A' field and perhaps Gold and Hurcs too.
  15. One snare larger than CT. Govies has 16 CT has 15 battery
