you do realize the tick system was as subjective if not more than the current system right? there was no universal tick. your tick may not be the same as my tick. in fact, if anything, the system now is a thousand times less ambiguous than the tick system was

um...maybe those corps could design a show that will compete with the corps that are always higher and clean them? as for Surf...with their schedule, cleaning will always be an issue. still, for their first year in WC, their placement is nothing to sneeze at
