kevingamin
The first episode of 2009 for Box Center takes the time to remember Michael "Cozy" Baker. Cozy, who passed away this past December at the age of 60, was a major part of the drum corps activity as a fan, writer, volunteer, performer, and promoter/evangelist of drum and bugle corps. This memorial, recorded on the same day many of Cozy's family, friends, and fellow drum corps lovers gathered to pay tribute to his life, will feature Cozy memories from people like Frank Dorrite and Tony DiCarlo, as well as audio clips of drum corps performances featuring Cozy. Please feel free to download this episode and join in remembering a true drum corps fanatic. Listen to it Now
MAV
The first episode of 2009 for Box Center takes the time to remember Michael "Cozy" Baker... Listen to it Now Thanks, Kevin! Great stuff - especially enjoyed Cozy's CorpsVets solo and the insights by Tony and Frank. Rather than morose - it was indeed a celebration of his life. Much appreciated. Boy - can could that guy write visual prose?! "This is a foul fowl and should be called!!!" The man DID live his life with no apologies. Miss you, Cozy!
