ssnapier
I just figured we could have a little fun, this is not meant to put down any corps at all. I am well aware of the work and sacrifice these kids endure, and I respect the hell out of them, but if you zoom out and look at it from a big picture I think it might be fun to compare these groups to NFL teams. decompressed
ok, apparently I was wrong... moving on then! I don't like Detroit or Pittsburgh. Both cities are cold, damp and too whitebread, hence i have no comparison!
the hammer
BD - Pittsburgh SCV - NY Giants Cavies - Cowboys Cadets - Patriots Crown - maybe Arizona? Bluecoats - NY Jets Phantom - Eagles (except for the actually titles thing) Madison - Ravens Troopers - Broncos Crossmen - Dolphins I dunno. I might rethink this tonight
corps8294
Blue Stars = Green Bay Packers *Wisconsin! *Not the wealthiest organizations in DCI or the NFL; but manage to keep plugging along with a respectable fan base. *Deep history and place of historical and current importance; DCI and NFL. *Rich history of important individuals; DCI and the NFL. *Both were there since the beginning...DCI and the NFL. *Great venues: UW-L and Lambeau Field; both have recieved upgrades and both have been given great comments as fan favorite locations. Guizeppe
Kingsman = Oakland Raiders (70's power) Blue Devils = Steelers (Consistant greatness) Vanguard = 49ers (1988/1989...proximity) Cadets = Cowboys (Love'm or hate'm, always popular) Cavaliers = Patriots (lots of titles in a quick amount of time) Phantom = Broncos (rollercoaster of success)
hostrauser
Carolina Crown = San Diego Chargers Thrill you with pre-season expectations, lots of talent, and perform well but can never... quite... get over that last obstacle.

Bluecoats - NY Jets Phantom - Eagles (except for the actually titles thing) Madison - Ravens Troopers - Broncos Crossmen - Dolphins I dunno. I might rethink this tonight I would say either Madison or Phantom is more like the Broncos than the Troopers. First of all, the Troop don't have any DCI titles. Both Madison and Phantom both have a couple of titles. Phantom has been all over the place in their history but have tons of dedicated Phans anyways. Madison had the glory days in the past but has fallen on hard times recently.

Please don't say that. I want CC to do well, but as for the Chargers...
