Michael Boo
I would pay a corps one million dollars to field a show entirely based on the music of Justin Bieber. I would pay a corps that was performing a Justin Beiber show one million dollars to spend the entire summer touring Japan as an ambassador of goodwill from the United States. SFZFAN
I'd rather donate a million to my favorite corps and let their staff decide what to play. Too bad I don't have a million!
FHdork
I've wanted to hear this played by drum corps for a LONG time - the piece starts with the 'fanfare' you'll hear at the very end of this 6 minute youtube segment. It's the ultimate cyclical form work. In my opinion, there is no better classical work for drum corps than this. The saddest part is that this 22 minute work would have to be trimmed to 11 minutes - This is the 5th and last movement of the Janacek Sinfonietta... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubqSnAc0itg&feature=related
