TomPeashey
Unfortunately, I'm not up to sitting through a show like this yet... I also had to miss Blast last Thursday... anyway... small gripe... I could not believe the time the concert was given on the 11 oclock news (3 to 5 minutes) BUT.... NO MENTION of those who were responsible for raising the funds... The Honor Flight people would be well advised to make sure the coverage gives due credit to the organizers and participants responsible for raising the funds... Someone best tell these people to keep their eye on the ball and make sure that proper recognition is given to the performers raising the funds as well as mentioning their worthy cause... sometimes a group like this has to force the issue with the news media... This is a great charity - my dad, who was not only the greatest Drum Corps supporter and fan in the world, but was also in the South Pacific (and at Iwo Jima) - would have loved this effort...
