Plus the brass caption head has been been teaching/marching there for around 6 years. Plus they've still got the same brass arranger, they still have Michael Gray, and they've added Dean Westman to the design team. Tim K Posted February 1, 2012 Share Posted February 1, 2012 Don’t be so hard on the poor guy yelling at the people who are “blooing” who thinks they are “booing.” I used to wonder why the poor Blue Coats were always loudly booed at DCI, believing they always had solid performances and belonged in the Top 12, what was the problem? Ihoped they didn’t hear the boos and noticed only the standing O. Then it dawned on me that boo and blue rhymed. they will go out onto the field at a show and eveyone will yell blooo while one person will think they are booing and start yelling at the people. Does he have a background in running an outdoor visual program? I don't know about 2011, but I know he did create a number of the visual effects in the 2010 program. The show is an incredible concept and the hornline sounded amazing during the call-back camp.
