SFZFAN
The option to have finals on demand without having to get a DVD with it. Or what if they added a one time fee to view finals online. I really don't think DCI would lose money by not selling actual tickets to finals. I think it could be a way to generate even more $$.
Hook'emCavies
I've said this every year for awhile, but I hope to see Finals streamed live. Be it part of the subscription, as an incentive for buying the Blu-rays, or as an optional extra cost. I honestly think DCI is missing out revenue by not streaming Finals, and as someone who lives in Southern CA and will definitely not be going to Finals this year, I would LOVE to give DCI money while streaming Finals live I will completely AGREE with this post! For the past couple of seasons, I haven't been able to subscribe due to the fact that i'm a college student and I have to plan out what show i'm going to go to and how much it's going to be... plus saving up for gas money for the giant whale that I drive can be an issue sometimes. However, if DCI streamed finals live I would totally do everything in my power every year to either subscribe or buy the finals stream. I don't think it would affect it too much, but DCI worries more than me.

I don't think it would affect it too much, but DCI worries more than me. I would be completely fine with paying a premium to stream finals live w/cost of DVD/Blu-ray. I would love to hear how things worked financially for DCI last year with Blu-ray/DVD sales with Finals after-the-fact stream. For me personally, I have no problem buying the DVD or Blu-ray (which I normally would probably not buy) if it means I can live-stream finals. GeneralTsoChicken
I'd like to pay all that money for a product that works. You know... one that isn't down frequently, that has better customer support, that has better audio, that has better video, that doesn't lag until the product is unviewable. But hey, that's just me... you guys keep wishing for a corvette, when all we've been given so far is a bicycle.

xrock80
I would love an app (channel, whatever) that would allow me to stream wirelessly through my Roku, which connects to my TV. I have an old laptop and PC that can't possibly have HDMI input, so this would be best I think. I was thinking that also. If I were a developer, I'd work on a DCI Fan Network App for Roku and submit it. It would be a great asset for DCI to expand their reach and give fans a great additional outlet for content, not to mention all the people who might just happen across the app in the channel store and take a look, then all of the sudden.. a new DCI fan (isn't there a "GrowDrumCorps" campaign going on???). I would not hesitate to pay for the app, or a little more in the FN membership for that kind of access. No more hooking the computer to the HDMI connection on the TV... just point and click my Roku remote. Wishful thinking??
