The Miamisburg Band and Color Guard programs are pleased to announce that Scott Winters will be recommended to the Miamisburg Board of Education, at the June 2012 Board of Education Meeting, to be hired as the Director of the Miamisburg Color Guard for the fall 2012 season. A Miamisburg resident, Scott began his color guard career in the 1980s as a member of the famed Blackhawks organization. From there, Scott began teaching at Beavercreek High School, and while on staff, finished as high as 7th place in the WGI World Championships. Since then, Scott has been a performer with the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company and the South Dayton Dance Theatre, as well as a color guard clinician both locally and nationally.

Both the band and color guard program are also thrilled to announce that Jessica Gray will be recommended to the Miamisburg Board of Education, at the June 2012 Board of Education Meeting, to be hired as the as the Assistant Director of the Miamisburg Color Guard for the 2012 season. A native of Clayton, Ohio, Jessica began her career as a performer with Northmont High School and then the Onyx Color Guard.
